Job Description

Summary of duties and responsibilities: (please attach the complete job description)

  • Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
  • Pays vendors scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
  • Pays employees by preparing their Final Pay, SSS checks
  • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
  • Maintains historical records by microfilming and filing documents.
  • Other tasks necessary required in the accounts payable process.
Requirements

Specific Knowledge/Certification required:

  • Attention to Detail, Analyzing Information, Accounting, Vendor Relationships, Data Entry Skills
  • At least two years experience in related field
