Job Description

Afni Philippines is hiring an Associate Director, Client Services to support our team in Commonwealth Ave., Quezon City. In this role, you'll be working with the Senior Director for Operations, handling Client Relationship Management. You will ensure that Afni's client(s) are provided with excellent customer service.   As an Afni Associate Director, Client Services you will:
  • Serve as the 'Point of Contact' for Afni on client relationships. This will be done primarily though phone calls, e-mails and occasional client visits.
  • Analyze and develop innovative ways to minimize cost and create efficiencies in existing contracts.
  • Participate in future contract proposals by using pre-existing customer data and other relevant benchmarking information.
  • Work collaboratively with the Corporate Accounts team.
  • Assist in the development of and growth of this new role.
  • Directly oversee and monitor performance of Client Relationship Managers of various accounts.
  • Responsible for managing clients' expectations in terms of campaign performance and overall metrics.
  • Assist in improving campaigns' performance by driving projects and other process improvement activities.
  • Manage and review contracts in relation to client requirements.
  • Provide support in establishing and monitoring SOWs (Scope of Work) for clients and Afni.
Requirements
  • Have earned a Bachelor's/College Degree of any field.
  • Must have at least 2 to 3 years of working experience handling the same position/field.
  • Previous related account management or client services background in the call center industry is required.
  • Must have experience in managing large accounts.
  • Have remarkable customer service skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Have strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Can resolve issues promptly.
  • Must have excellent MS Office and A-Plus skills.
  • Must have strong technology proficiency and excellent organizational skills.
  • Can handle high volume and wide variety or work within the confines of negotiated contracts.
  • Must be amenable to work shifting schedules.
  • Must be willing to work in Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.
