Job Description

  1. Develop effective corporate communication strategies
  2. Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.)
  3. Draft content (e.g. press releases) for internal and external communications
  4. Organize initiatives, plan events and conferences, contribute to commercial/ advertisement and interview preparation and execution
  5. Work with the Media team on executing corporate collateral
  6. Collaborate with other marketing specialists for communications and multimedia content releases
  7. Mitigate risks and perform damage control as needed
  8. Facilitate coordination and agreement/ resolution for internal (within the organization) and external parties (vendors, etc)
  9. Assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership
    Proofread/ develop content for social media and other forms of documentation
  10. Participate in information rallies and face-to-face information dissemination
Requirements
  • Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience as communications specialist an advantage
  • Experience in web design and content production/ development is a plus
  • Experience in copywriting and editing
  • Solid understanding of project management principles
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; skill in using other development tools an advantage
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
  • BS/BA in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or relevant fields a preference, but not a requirement
