We're hiring Customer Resolution Specialists for our call center operations in Opelika, AL.

Come work in Afni's Local Number Portability (LNP) Department and earn an hourly pay of $12.00! As a Customer Resolution Specialist, your primary role is to assist with the transitioning (porting) of telephone numbers using specialized technology to assist throughout the entire porting process.

As a Customer Resolution Specialist, you'll:

  • Prepare Local Service Requests (LSR/Port Requests) utilizing multiple carrier applications and carrier interfaces.
  • Submit, track, document, and monitor submitted LSR/port orders to our Local Exchange Carriers (LECs/ ILECs), using various internal and external systems.
