Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for all administrative and reporting activities of the Training Organization.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the new hire training process including, but not limited to, scheduling, obtaining system logins, resolution of time-in issues, material preparation, etc
  • Coordinate setup of pre and post training sessions including, but not limited to, training materials, sign-in sheets, survey generation, etc
  • Develop, maintain and audit reports to meet department and client requirements
  • Work with the training managers/supervisors to ensure the delivery of administrative tasks
  • Maintain the scheduling and preservation of all training assets such as training rooms, laboratories, equipment, supplies, etc*Manage the data input/output integrity of ALPS and/or Program LMS
Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Skill in Verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret, and address training needs
  • Knowledge of PC applications such as MS Office, Tableau, etc.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and time-critical environment
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 6mos of relevant/related work experience
