Job Description

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ASSISTANT

JOB SDESCRIPTION

  • Update internal databases (e.g. records sick or maternity leave)
  • Validates and Maintain Tracker of Special Leave Availments (i.e Paternity Leave, Solo Parent Leave, SLVW and VAWC)
  • Prepares and Coordinates with the bank on the creation of Payroll Bank Account for all new hires as well as on the release of their ATMs
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules
  • Conducts New Employee Orientation
  • Process BIR 1905 of all new hires
  • Attends to request on Transfer Notifications. This includes transfer of employees from one supervisor to another
  • Prepares certification of premium payments for SSS/Pag Ibig/Philhealth, COE as requested
  • Posts leave credits/availment to individual records of employees
  • Processes / routes exit clearance and release final pay check along with other exit documents of resigned employees
  • Handles inquiries and concerns of employees related to C&B
  • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation and performs other related functions as directed by the immediate head
Requirements
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Profiecient in Micrfot Excel and Word
  • Background in Compensation and Benefits
  • Knowegeable on basic payroll computation
  • Organize and maintain personal records
