Our Customer Experience Representatives in Bowling Green earn a base hourly pay of $12.00 PLUS Incentives.

We're hiring Inbound Call Center Customer Experience Representatives for our call center operations in Bowling Green, Kentucky. When customers call us or email us, our Customer Experience Representatives answer the phone, return their email and make connections, answer questions, solve problems, and get people happily on their way.

As a Call Center Customer Experience Representative, you'll:

  • Work in our call center, wear a headset and answer and respond to customer inquiries received through a toll-free number and other points of contact including email
  • Protect customer information in accordance with state and federal pharmacy laws including HIPAA law and corporation standards
  • Ensure all tasks are conducted with accuracy and in a Customer 1st manner consistent with corporate policies
  • Listen, understand, and take quick action. Like all of us, customers just want someone to listen and help get their problems solved. You'll do both.
  • Answer business reply card correspondence
  • Resolve and manage difficult customer situations in a professional manner
  • Maintain and sustain established call center metrics
  • Problem-solve with a goal of first contact resolution
  • Input accurate customer data into the customer relationship tool while speaking on the phone with the customer
  • Update managers and supervisors on consumer on consumer concerns and trends in product complaints
  • Maintain frequent contact with store personnel
  • Maintain flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as part of a standard work schedule
