Job Description

Position Purpose

The Recruitment Specialist will be accountable for effective candidate assessment and over-all applicant processing. He or she will also manage coordination with Hiring Managers on hiring decisions.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Understand the recruitment demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility/account handled
  • Conducts In-Depth interviews, evaluates and examines the skills and competencies of candidates. Profiles candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications
  • In-charge of job offer contract management
  • Prepares daily/weekly reports based on function and need
  • Support and implement specific recruitment strategies in conjunction with the overall recruitment strategy for the company
  • Participates in calibration meetings and communicates the needs/demands of hiring accounts
  • Contribute in creating the strategic hiring plans which would help in attracting and recruiting best talent
  • In-Charge of monitoring specific account/s whenever there would be hiring requirements. Acts as an Account POC
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
  • At least 2-3 years as Assoc or 6 mos to 1 year in Spec level in doing end to end recruitment for Corp/non agent
  • Relevant IT recruitment experience required, preferably in the BPO setting (handled IT specialists posts like system admin, network admin, telecoms admin, etc.)*Good English communications skills
